Delivery areas, fees and handover details will be confirmed before orders open. Available options and costs will be shown before you pay.

Our return and exchange policy will be published before the first drop goes on sale. This will include the request process, return window, item conditions and any return costs.

Drop notifications
If you join the drop list, Mailchimp receives your email address and your permission to receive SYMPL’s first-drop announcement. You must confirm your email before joining the list. We use this list for the first-drop announcement you requested. Earlier signups collected through Netlify Forms remain in Netlify until SYMPL reviews and transfers consented entries.
To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link in our emails. You can also request removal, access, a correction or deletion by emailing sympldesignsofficial@gmail.com with the email you used. Email requests are reviewed before a launch announcement is sent.
Customer accounts
If you create an account, your name, email and authentication details are handled by Netlify Identity. Creating an account does not sign you up for drop notifications. Passwords are not stored in the shopping cart.
Your device and other services
Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage on the current device. Netlify Identity manages your signed-in session. Netlify hosts this site and stores earlier drop-list form submissions. Mailchimp processes new drop-list signups, email confirmations and announcements. Opening a Mailchimp or Instagram link takes you to that service, which has its own privacy practices.
Checkout is closed. This site is not collecting payment details or delivery addresses.
